I will ship to some locations outside the United States. Please convo me if you would like to have an item shipped to any location outside the lower 48 states.
Shipping insurance can be placed on an item, or any item can be sent by registered mail, however an additional fee will be added to your shipping costs. Convo me if you would like to have your item sent insured or registered, and if you agree to pay for the cost of this service.
I will not be responsible for uninsured items once they leave the continental U.S. The USPS can only track packages until they leave the U.S. Once the last scan is made in the U.S. and the package leaves the country, it cannot be tracked unless and until the receiving country scans its label when it arrives. Many countries, including Brazil, routinely do not scan incoming packages.
The buyer will assume the risk of undelivered packages once they leave the United States.
The buyer also assumes responsibility for any fees, costs or charges that are imposed by the country of destination upon the package's arrival. Cheeky Chimp will not reimburse or in any way repay the buyer for any fees associated with the buyer's postal service or customs service in his or her country. Know the charges before you place an order!
I no longer ship to Brazil, due to significant difficulties in tracking packages and the loss of several packages.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
Please contact me if an item is damaged during shipping so we may arrange for a refund and I may file a claim with the USPS for insured mail. I do accept returns if the item does not meet your needs. Unwanted items may be returned to Dawn Bowen, 108 W Carroll St., Henry, NE 69358. The buyer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. A refund will be issued upon receipt of the item, complete and in good condition.
