What a fun pair! These adorable cacti can be used as a pincushion to keep your pins firmly in one place, as seen in my pictures, a desk plant that will never wither and die, or just as cute and friendly toys, if you wish. They are nicely stuffed, soft and their eyes and smiles have been embroidered - making it safe for children of all ages to play with. If you, too, are a cacti lover, why not brighten your craft room with these adorable cacti!
💛 Wash instructions: Please hand wash it with care in cold water with mild soap and leave it to dry on its own for best results. Do not bleach or iron it! Can be machine-washed, too! (Delicate wash, no higher than 30 degrees and place it in a mesh bag, if possible!)

►✉ ⌛ ⌚ Amigurumi toys can take up to 7 days to be finalised and sent though to you. Some can be done in just three days, while others require more time, according to how intricate the actual pattern is. (i.e: the size of the toy, doll's hair, dresses, attire, accessories etc)
►✉ ⌛ ⌚ However, if you are going to order an already made item, then as soon as we sort out the payment and all is cleared, I'll post the item within 3 working days.

►✉ ⌛ ⌚ All deliveries are subject to Royal Mail Service, which means that after I run down to the local post office ( Northampton) and send it to you, it may take: ✈ up to 5 working days for the UK, ✈ 5-7 working days for Europe, ✈ 10-14 working days for the Rest of the World to receive them. Please note that it may take longer during the holiday periods.
☛ I accept Paypal as the main payment method. But, I also accept credit and debit cards, Etsy gift cards and other international payment methods where available.
☛ Payment MUST be made within 1 day of your purchase or the order will be cancelled!
☛ If you would like to cancel an order, that's not a problem - if cancelled BEFORE the item has been packed, wrapped, sent and it's on its way to reach you.

Additional return information
◙ If you provide me with the correct measurements for the 'made to fit' items, the preferred colour etc . when you place your order I am positive that you'll absolutely love each item that you purchase from me.
◙ Moreover, I will closely inspect each and every one of them with an eagle eye so that they fully meet your requirements. 100 %Satisfaction guaranteed!
◙ However, if the item that you have purchased is not quite how you wanted it to be or not entirely your cup of tea, please get in touch with me within (no later than) 14 days after receiving it and we can work something out. For example, you will have to send back the item to me, in the same condition as when you first received it, and once it is with me I will refund you the price you have paid for it, but not the initial postage fee, too.
◙ Occasionally, items do go missing in the post or vanish into thin air. In that case, you will either be fully refunded or I will send you a new item. We will work it out together. In order to avoid any inconveniences, please make sure the delivery address you provide me with is accurate.

Q❶: Can I personalise an existing item?
A: Yes. You can either contact and write to me via the tab "Request custom item" or when placing your order you may specify in the "Message to the Seller" box that you would like a different colour, colour combination or fastening.
🌼 For example, when ordering earrings and brooches would you like the hooks or pins silver-plated or gold-plated? Please, do let me know! I am always open to suggestions and happy to assist you!
🌼 There will be no extra charges if you choose to personalise your items by the colour/ material of the hooks/clasps offered as a guide by me!
🌼 When ordering a "made to fit" item it is vital that you provide me with the correct measurements.(preferably in cm). If you require help&tips in doing this, then please drop me a line via de Etsy Conversation tab. I will give you a helping hand straight away.
Q❷: Can I send an item as a gift to somebody else?
A: Yes, for UK customers ONLY. If you'll provide me with the desired delivery address in the "Message to the Seller" box when placing your order I'll post it to the respective address. Unfortunately, this is not an option with International orders due to the legal obligations relating to customs and value declaration.
