All my items are shipped using Canada Post regular mail service (no tracking will be provided). If you you would like to be able to track your item(s) please select the upgraded shipping option at checkout.
Please allow 3-5 business days for me to hand make your order before shipping can occur. Please keep the processing time in mind before placing your order.
I ship both domestically and to the US through Canada Post Monday-Friday (excluding holidays). I will be working on adding more international shipping soon!
I am NOT responsible if your package gets lost in the shipping process. Please contact your mail provider to inquire about any issues.
Please note that international orders usually arrive within 2-4 weeks after shipment has occurred, but it can take as long as 6-8 weeks to reach you. When customs clearance procedures are required, it may cause delays beyond the original delivery estimate.

Orders shipped to countries outside of Canada may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
Since customs policies vary greatly from country to country - I am unable to predict what these fees may be.

If a package is returned to me due to a wrong address that was submitted at the time of checkout, it will be the buyers responsibility to pay additional postage costs to resend the item(s).
Payment is due at time of purchase.
At the moment I only accept PayPal - but I am working on setting up a business account with the bank so I can accept other forms of payment. Stay tuned!
Returns & exchanges
Items can be returned in original/brand new condition at the expense of the buyer within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. A refund will be issued once the item has been returned back to us in original condition less the shipping charges.
Item(s) you are returning must be packaged securely to avoid damage.
If any damage occurred during shipment - please contact me and we can work something out.
