Note: This handbag hardware frame is very special, you'd love the two way closure. The width is 15cm, the height is 17cm, the thickness is 12cm. The supplies include 1 x metal frame, 1 x round metal cover, enough screws.

Q: Is this a supplies for box clutch or a finished ready-to-use box clutch?
A: This is supplies for box clutch, it is not a finished box clutch!! Please be understand this clearly before order!

Q: How did you measure the size of a clutch/item?
A: Just measure from the top to the bottom, left to right in the first photo.

Q: Will there be a chain sent to me, what is the length?
A: No chain for this frame, you can buy 120cm chain for this bag frame.

The items in my shop may be not in stock temporarily after you made order, as we also sell in local shop, so the stock may not be updated timely. There is always case that the plastic clamp shells are broken when the buyer received the packages during transportation. Usually we will include one more plastic clamp shell if you order one style in multiple quantity, we don't send one extra if you only buy one piece of each style because we also have limited plastic clamp shells. All we can do is to use the best packing materials. We'll immediately send the replacement if it is severely broken. We will not replace if the broken is minor and don't influence designing after you using glue to fix it, because the designer need to glue the plastic with cover fabric anyhow. If you add chain(s) in your clutch order, we'll not send gift chains in the package to you any more. If you haven't added any chain in the clutch order, then we'll send a gift chain to you for each clutch.

As we found, Australia's Post offers the worst service, it always deliver delay the packages. About tracking the package online, there is not any data after the package arrives the border of Australia, we can only see the tracking information after leaving the border of China. So buyer should track the package with Australia's Post by youself and give a call to Australia Post. So, it is not our responsibility that the tracking isn't shown out online.

About color difference, it is hardly to avoid on galvanized metal frame, so we don't accept on any dispute or refund for color difference. Especially on items that light gold color, sometimes the frame is a bit darker that someone called it rose gold, sometimes the frame is a bit lighter that someone called it lighter gold, no matter in any cases we received the clutch from factory, we called it light gold. If you are very restrict on color, please consult us before order, or else, we don't accept any dispute on color difference especially on light gold color!

We reserve the right to charge buyers any extra freight it happens when we are shipping the order. We already set the freight nearly 95% reasonably, but for some orders to specific countries, the actual freight is very high that we didn't expect, so we have to re-bill you the extra freight. We upgrade the order over 5pcs to specific countries not to all countries, extra freight need to be also billed for upgrading EXPRESS.
