I take care to describe items as they are. Pictures give you informations about items. You can ask for another pictures if you need before purchase.
I take care to the quality of the packaging in order to protect your product. If you want insurance contact us. No refund for damaged or broken product if you don't ask for an insurance before purchase. This bad experience is rare.
Concerning "lost product" during shipment contact us and follow our instructions. We take in charge to open a claim to french postal service only if you have a tracking number. French Postal open an inquiry and it takes time around 120 days. The refund for "lost product" is decided by the postal office. In case of undelivered address or error on the address there is no refund. Of course during all the process we keep in touch and we work for you.
The smell of products is not a motive for a refund. The wood and the leather can have been polished. Products having metal part can have rust signs, the chromed metal or the metal can be definitively altered. These signs of time are not a motive for a refund.
In case of damage in our stock area we refund you straight away and cancel transaction. Returns are accepted only if products are not conform with the pictures or descriptions.

The packaging of return must be identical to the packaging of the sending.
