at the moment i do not personalise my products. how ever if you have a colour sceme or theme in mind for some of the products, such as cards keyrings and bookmarks i may be able to help, so please feel free to message me.

all sizes are listed in the describtion of item. any questions about any of my products i will be happy to answer for you. just drop me a quick message and i will reply as soon as possible.

kits- follow the care instructions provided in the kits. hand made items.... if your items need special care, i.e washing instructions, they will be sent along with your package as well as been displayed in the discribion of the product.

I do not gift wrap items at the moment, but some do come gift boxed which is stated is the discribion. normal packaging will come environmentally friendly as possible whilst keeping your order safe. if bubble wrap is needed it is reused bubble wrap. for smaller items such as charms i use small plastic zip bags which are as small as i can possibly use for your order. i use recycled plastic postage envolpes that i buy from another etys shop. for larger items such as cross stitch kits i will wrap it tissue paper to give them a little protection.

i do not do whole sale at the moment. Buti have no objections to another business buying a bulk order and then selling them on as long all hand made items get artist recognition. Please feel free to message me on this matter.
