All items will be shipped to the shipping address provided by you, the customer. Please confirm that this address information is correct prior to paying for your purchase.
Your order will be shipped, once payment is received and processed, in 1-3 business days.
Transit times vary based on zip codes and services chosen. We generally choose the most economical option from USPS when creating a listing. This could be Priority Mail, First Class Mail, or Parcel Post. If you have a preference of service offered by the USPS or if you need your items to arrive sooner, please contact us. Shipping service upgrades may require an additional shipping charge which will be the responsibility of the buyer.
Insurance is optional, but please keep in mind that we are not responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged during shipping. If you would like to add insurance, please contact us. Please see additional information regarding insured items in the "Refunds and Exchanges" section of our policies.
All shipping prices include a handling fee to cover the cost of shipping supplies, labor, and fuel.
Any package that is returned "undeliverable" or "not claimed" by the customer will be contacted by Gray Dog Pastime by email. If not claimed after 60 days the product will again become the property of Gray Dog Pastime and no refund will be issued.
Please complete payment at the same time that you make your purchase. Orders for which payment has not been received will be cancelled after 24 hours, and the item(s) will be re-listed.
Returns & exchanges
All sales are final. We take great care in photographing and describing each item. If you feel an item has been misrepresented, please contact us. If we agree, we may approve a return, but it is completely at our discretion. If approved, the item must be returned to us (at your expense) within 10 days of the approval. Any approved refunds will not be given until the returned item has been received by us in the original condition in which it was sent. Shipping charges are not refundable. Any items or items that are deemed undeliverable or returned to Gray Dog Pastime as unable to deliver or not picked up by customer will be not be refunded.
If you did not request shipping insurance for your order and your order has been damaged in part or in whole during shipment, NO refund will be given. If all or part of an insured shipment has arrived damaged you MUST provide us with proof of damage in order for us to submit an insurance claim with the carrier. If you are unable or unwilling to provide the needed documentation we will not be able to remedy the situation and NO refund will be given.
