Note: There is only the whole metal hardware, the netting is a integral part with the frame, so you can design it as the standard box clutch making tutorial or just use it directly, there is not plastic covers for it!

Q: How to make a box clutch by myself, can you teach me?
A: I will send you a general tutorial on how to design and make a box clutch immediately after you paid the order, it will give you ideas on how to adhere cover fabric, how to make a inner fabric lining and how to make sidewalls for the clutch for a standard box clutch with both metal frame and plastic covers. It is suitable for 90% box clutch, but it is not suitable for some special clutch like clutch without plastic covers etc.

Q: What is the size of this alloy frame?
A: Three sizes, they are: Width x Height x Depth: 16cm x 8cm x 4.5cm (6" x 3" x 1-3/4") , 18.5cm x 8cm, 19cm x 10cm, the size is measured for the main frame body, closure is not measured in;

Q: What is the whole Net Weight of the frame and plastic covers & handle if have?
A: There are three sizes, the weight is separately around 180g to 230g

Q: Will there be a chain sent to me, what is the length? Which style of chain won't cling the hair?
A: Yes, I will send a 40cm chain for free for each clutch you order that designed with chain hook on. No chain will be included if no chain hook designed on or a handle is already with. Round link chain is the best choice to avoid clinging hair. So don't choose intertwined and snake bone chain.

Q: What is the shipping way and arrival date?
This is international shipping which takes usually 12-14 working days to USA/UK/EU/AU by Airmail from post office, longer time to the other countries. You can contact me to upgrade for Express Shipping. For order with the weight over 2kgs, I'd upgrade to EXPRESS SHIPPING for free for some countries.

There is always case that the plastic clamp shells are broken when the buyer received the packages during transportation. Usually we will include one more plastic clamp shell if you order one style in multiple quantity, we don't send one extra if you only buy one piece of each style because we also have limited plastic clamp shells. All we can do is to use the best packing materials. We'll immediately send the replacement if it is severely broken. We will not replace if the broken is minor and don't influence designing after you using glue to fix it, because the designer need to glue the plastic with cover fabric anyhow. As we found, Australia's Post offers the worst service, it always deliver delay the packages. About tracking the package online, there is not any data after the package arrives the border of Australia, we can only see the tracking information after leaving the border of China. So buyer should track the package with Australia's Post by youself and give a call to Australia Post. So, it is not our responsibility that the tracking isn't shown out online.

About color difference, it is hardly to avoid on galvanized metal frame, so we don't accept on any dispute or refund for color difference. Especially on items that light gold color, sometimes the frame is a bit darker that someone called it rose gold, sometimes the frame is a bit lighter that someone called it lighter gold, no matter in any cases we received the clutch from factory, we called it light gold. If you are very restrict on color, please consult us before order, or else, we don't accept any dispute on color difference especially on light gold color!

We reserve the right to charge buyers any extra freight it happens when we are shipping the order. We already set the freight nearly 95% reasonably, but for some orders to specific countries, the actual freight is very high that we didn't expect, so we have to re-bill you the extra freight.
