Orders are taken care of in the order that they are received. I understand if there is an urgency for some items, so if you need an item quickly I am happy to work with you to get the item out as quickly as possible. *For Rush Orders, there will be a $10+ additional fee that is NON REFUNDABLE.*
Processing time is 3-5 business days, however, I can generally get your orders together in 1-2 day business days; given an influx in orders on any given day please allow the full 3-5 business days to allow me to work and create your order and have it packaged with care. *HOLIDAY SEASON PLEASE ALLOW FULL PROCESSING TIMES*
I take great care in packaging all the items to insure they arrive safely to you. An additional fee of $1-2 is added to the shipping price to cover this expense.
Craft Supplies: ***Due to the fragile nature of Sand Dollars, please message IMMEDIATELY me if any are damaged during shipping. Please include photos of the broken Sand Dollars and quantity so I may send replacements ASAP; sand dollars are shipped first class; for extra insurance, please upgrade to priority shipping.*** If any Sea Shells or Sand Dollars are broken during shipping, please message me within 2 days of receipt. After this time, replacements may not be sent. Photos of damaged items must be included in message.
If there is an overage of shipping, I am happy to refund the difference to you (refunds are issued for $3+ only).
If your item is returned to me, your item will be refunded minus shipping expenses.
For large or custom orders, shipping may be estimated higher to cover the cost, and the difference will be refunded to you.
I currently do not ship elsewhere other than the US and Canada..
I accept PayPal which includes Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover. You can pay with a credit card via PayPal even if you do not have a PayPal account.
Payment is due at the time of purchase and before shipping.
If you need to cancel an order please do so within 12 hours.
Custom and reserved listings may not be canceled after purchase. Please purchase custom listings as soon as possible, or with in one weeks time (7 days). If no response or communication from buyer is received, the listing will become unavailable.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Items on sale

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
Items are packaged very thoughtfully and with care. If an item is broken during shipping, please let me know ASAP. You may return the item for an exchange (or replacement), and/or full item refund.

No refunds or exchanges will be allowed after 15 days.
Orders returned due to non deliverable address, unable to forward, no mail receptacle, rejected packages, etc will be refund for item total minus shipping charges.
Refunds will not be issued until the returned item is received by me. Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost, tracking and insurance must be included. Item must be returned within 2 weeks in the original packaging for a refund or exchange. Proof of insurance for the return and tracking information must be provided to me at the time of return. Items must be returned in original condition.
DAMAGES: Please provide photos of proof of damage of the item in a message to me. This will help me quickly have a replacement or refund issued.
If you are unsatisfied with the item you received, please let me know within 3 business days. Please keep in mind, every case is different, I will do my hardest to work with you to resolve any outstanding issue in a timely matter.
