HOW TO USE:
1) Cut small piece of sealing wax onto the spoon and melt it by the white candle.
2) Drip the wax slowly onto the designed area
3) Put the stamp on the wax slowly, and wait 30 sec before taking it out.

We take Tuesday (GMT +8) as the cut off day, all order before U.S. Time Monday 9:00am will be shipped in the coming weekend.
After Tuesday morning, the orders will join next weekend shipment.

Shipping Policy
We ship orders to worldwide exclude Africa. Delivery time is subjected to location.

A. Order Handling
The order cut off every Sunday 23:59 (GMT+8) and Wednesday 23:59 (GMT+8). The order placed and confirmed order details and draft (if applicable) by the Sunday cut off time, the order will be dispatch on coming Friday; while the order placed and confirmed order details and draft (if applicable) by the Wednesday cut off time, the order will be dispatch on next coming Tuesday. The above arrangement excluded self-adhesive wax seal sticker and bulk purchase order. The self-adhesive wax seal sticker cut off on every Sunday 23:59(GMT+8), the order placed and confirmed order details and draft (if applicable) by the Sunday cut off time, the order will be dispatch on next coming Tuesday; Please contact our customer service for the shipping arrangement of bulk purchase order.

E. Tracking
Once the order is dispatched, a notification of shipment and tracking number will be upload to sales platform or by email in 12 hours. You can track your order online at carrier website, please be noticed that full tracking is not supported by some countries, please contact us or your post office for further details. The certificate of posting (COP) can be provided as per request, should you need the COP, please contact operation section at cs@beminehk.co

F. Buyer Risks
All the shipment is under C&F international trading term and condition. Buyer takes all the risk once the order is accepted by the carrier. If the order has not yet arrived after 30 days from the day of shipment, the buyer can request us to initial a cross-broader investigation procedure of the shipment. The investigation may take up to 3 months. Completed of the investigation, our carrier will provide the proof of successful or failed delivery.

Remarks
#All above time is for reference only, we do not guarantee the delivery make within the time estimation. The actual time of delivery will depend on buyer local postal service quality and others uncontrollable factors includes but not limited to weather, postal checking and customs inspection delay.

2. The refund ONLY applicable to the non-custom item.
3. Shipping fee is not refundable.
4. Buyer has to bear for the shipping cost of refund item.
5. Return has to initial within 14 days upon receive of the item.
6. Item must be in NEW & UNUSED condition otherwise a 40% restocking fee will apply.
7. Return item has to be returned with unique return reference number. Do not ship the item back without return reference number; otherwise refund is unable to proceed.
8. Item has to be returned with tracking number. No tracking number is not accepted for proceed refund.

6. Once received the returned product in good condition and fulfilled the terms and conditions.
7. Refund will be made to your PayPal payment account within 3 days upon receiving of return item.
8. We do not responsible for the postal lost of return shipment.

C. 90 days Exchange Policy Terms and Conditions
1. All products, unless otherwise specified, is covered by 90 days exchanges policy from the date of purchase (both day inclusive).
2. In the event of a defect in product quality and damage in the product (the 'problem item'), you can return the problem item to us and exchange for a brand new replacement item (the ‘replacement’).
3. This policy does not cover the damage caused by failure to follow proper instructions.
4. The problem item can only exchange for the same model, same specification and same design of the product.
5. Replacement cannot exchange for cash or other products.
6. Buyer has to bear for the return shipping cost of problem item, we bear the shipping cost for replacement.
7. Exchange has to initial within 90 days from purchase date (both days inclusive).
8. Problem item has to be returned with unique exchange reference number. Do not ship the item back without exchange reference number, otherwise, refund is unable to proceed.

6. Once receiving the returned product fulfilled the terms and conditions, we will prepare a brand new item and ship it back to you.
7. The handling and production time is no more than i) 10 DAYS from the date of receiving for non-custom made order and ii) 12 DAYS from the date of receive for custom made or special request order. Over the standard timing, we will notify you upon receiving your order.
8. We do not responsible for the postal lost of return shipment.
