Your item will ship within 2-3 business days after payment is received, unless otherwise specified on the listing of the product. Shipping times may vary also depending on the item or if it is a custom order.
After an item has shipped and you have received a tracking number we are no longer responsible for lost or damaged item. We are not responsible for items arriving late after a tracking number has been issued as we can only base our estimated ship dates on what information we are given from the post office.
International customers please note:
Any customs duties, taxes and fees etc that are charged upon delivery are your responsibility and are not reflected in the shipping charges. Delivery may take 14 - 21 business days. If your package is held up in customs the duration of your delivery may take longer, please be patient . ** CANADA: Just like in the U.S., the buyer is responsible for any additional fees that may be charged at customs.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Items on sale

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Additional return information
We want you to be satisfied and happy with your purchase so if there is any problem please contact us through Etsy within 2 business days after receiving the item, so we can discuss a solution.
Refunds or exchanges are not offered for custom orders.
Returns must be made within 7 days of package delivery.
Items must be returned in original condition. Items that smell strongly (smoke, pet odor, etc.) or are stained and are therefore unsellable, will not be accepted.
All our products are handmade and designed... meaning there will be slight irregularities. If for some reason you are not satisfied when you get the product, please do not hesitate to convo me. We will do our best to solve the problem for you. If you receive the product and realize that it is not exactly what you wanted, you do not like it, or you do not want it for any reason, We will gladly take the unused/undamaged product back and refund your money (no questions asked).
Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs.
Please note: Children should be supervised at all times while wearing scarves to avoid any possible dangerous incidents. Buyer assumes all responsibility and liability associated with any such event.
