💎 Sold by the yard
💎 Longest length is 25 yards; therefore, if more than 25 yards is ordered, you will receive your order in two pieces.
💎 Please Note: In general, lengths up the 25 yards are sent as one continuous piece. However, there will be splices at times.

All items are shipped via USPS and most are ready to ship within 3-5 business days. Please note, I do NOT ship on weekends. Items are shipped Monday – Friday. Unfortunately, the odd hours of my local post office prevent me from shipping on weekend days. I reserve the weekend to complete unfinished orders and prepare items for shipping.

It is the BUYERS responsibility to be certain that the email address and shipping address is correct in their Etsy account prior to making a purchase. As a seller, I am unable to change your email address or your shipping address. If you ask me to change your shipping address to one that is not in your Etsy account, I am unable to do this. My only option is to cancel your order and refund your money. This is because if I ship your item to an address that is not in your Etsy account, you and I both lose Etsy’s purchase protection. You do have the option of correcting your email address and/or shipping address in your Etsy account and then re-ordering the item you were interested it.

For your convenience, I offer the most cost-effective shipping option available. All items considered fragile are double boxed and securely packaged to avoid damage. Receiving a damaged crown is highly unlikely.
If your inner box is somehow damaged by USPS handling, you’ll need to contact USPS to file a claim. Note: All orders exceeding $50 include tracking and insurance through USPS.
If you’re interested in shipping via FedEx or purchasing a faster shipping option, please contact me and I’ll be happy to adjust your invoice. Combined shipping is available.
International Shipping: International shipping costs have increased dramatically. Unfortunately, the shipping costs associated with your purchase are out of my control, though I’ll always choose the most cost-effective option for your purchase. All customs and international fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
Shipping overages are always refunded.

Following a common industry practice, CUSTOM ORDERS and BRIDAL ACCESSORIES are not eligible for return or exchange. No refunds will be given for custom orders and bridal accessories.

CUSTOM ORDERS include items that have been made specifically for you or altered to accompany your requests. Custom order requests for personalization, color variations, font variations, and other changes are purchased as a custom order and are not eligible for return or exchange (no exceptions).

BRIDAL ACCESSORIES include crowns and tiaras, bridal sashes, ring pillows, bridal hair accessories, appliques, and sash ribbons. These items are not eligible for return or exchange (no exceptions).
Ready-made items available for immediate shipping may be returned or exchanged at my discretion.
If your order was damaged via USPS shipping or your item has been lost in transit, you’ll need to file a claim through USPS. Remember, all orders exceeding $50 are insured.
If there is an issue with your ready-made order, please contact me immediately upon receiving your package.
