Together these two patterns provide you with a wide range of great kitchen and home decorating ideas for your own home and for gifts.
Pattern 8213 covers Placemats, napkins, casserole covers, button-on towels, pot holders, oven mitts, wine or gift bags and adult and small person Tabards (which look like aprons to me). The tissue pattern pieces for the oven mitt and the placemat have been cut out, everything else is still on the original tissue sheet.
Simplicity 113 has no pattern pieces, rather it had 7 instruction cards showing cutting and sewing directions. Card 1, which must have covered unlined tab curtains is missing, although the “Basic How To” card does provide the yardage formula for them. Still present are the instruction cards for chair cushions, quilted picture, quilted table runners, napkins, casserole cozy, fabric covered lamp shades, chandelier sleeve and chair rail with fabric-covered wainscoting.
