An assortment of 12 different coloured gel ink pens all in one handy set. The new aqueous pigment ink reduces ink bleeding into the paper. Once you start writing, the ink evens out and words look more uniform, even press hard into the paper, they just don't leak through.

We ship worldwide. All orders will be delivered for a flat fee: • HKD 40 via Express (under 2kg) / Registered Air Mail (over 2kg)* or • HKD 80 via Registered Air Mail^ You can check the exact cost on the item's detail page. We will do our best to meet the shipping estimates (see detail on our shop policy), but cannot guarantee. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method, may take up to 2 months (usually 2-4 weeks) for international Registered Air Mail. Need faster shipping? Tell us your choices in the buyer note at checkout or Etsy conversation to complete the order. If not, we will send an Etsy conversation, wait 24 hours for a response. If we do not hear from you within 24 hours, we will cancel and refund the custom item from your order, and ship out the rest of the items. We understand we can all overlook conversations when life gets busy. We hope you will place the order again.

We do everything we can to fill your order completely. However, as our inventory is constantly moving through different platforms, in the unlikely event that your item ordered is out of stock. We will send you an Etsy conversation, proceed to ship out the rest of your items in your order, refund for the out of stock item, if so. We make sure our items are genuine before listing them on. Some of them are rare, we would just have one or two in stock, unable to restock. Act fast!

We do not accept exchanges. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we advise you send the parcel tracked and signed, using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. Returns terms and guidelines: • claim your return within 3 days of delivery • ship items back within 7 days of delivery, providing they are in original resalable condition • all returned items must be unused, undamaged, complete with original tags and packaging • the cost of shipping both ways is the buyer's responsibility • we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit The items cannot be returned: • custom orders • homewares and workwares • items on sale • grab bags

Check with your neighbor / family, they may accept it for you. Visit your post office, they can track the GPS to locate where it was scanned as delivered. Lost the delivery note? Talk to your post office, they can find the parcel with the name on it, address, date the note was left, and the tracking. Once the parcel is known as total lost, we will file a claim. Since international delivery can take up to 2 months, we can only file a claim 2 months after the date of posting, and you will be asked to fill in the official Declaration of Non-Receipt of Express Service Item to complete the claim. Your order will be refunded then. If the tracking shows delivered but buyer says never received it, we are no longer responsible for the parcel.
