Here is a lovely set of brass drafting tools in a custom wooden box. Monogrammed plate on lid, H H = Henry Hollingsworth. There is also a silver coin inlaid in the front, it's an 1854 silver Nederl Indie called a Gulden. Instruments are made of brass and 2 of them have turned ivory handles. Padded purple silk section pulls down, instrument holder also comes out. I know nothing about these instruments but set is complete, I can find no makers marks.
Condition is very nice for it's age, box has some scuffs from age and it appears to have had an actual latch at one time but now it just opens and closes but would not stay closed if turned upside down.
Size: Box 7-1/4" X 4-1/2" X 2" tall
