Vintage items can be quite fragile. Although I pack everything very well, there are times when a piece will break as I have no control over what happens when the package leaves my hands. If you chose to ship First Class, there is no insurance for lost or damaged items. I am sorry, but for First Class shipped items, there are absolutely no refunds, If you chose to ship Priority Mail, or chose an insurance option, for damaged items, you must contact me within 72 hours of delivery and provide pictures of the damaged piece(s) and condition of the box. If I am not notified within 72 hours of delivery, there will be no reimbursements, and there are no exceptions."

However, since there is often no tracking & there is no insurance with the First Class shipping option, I am not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items. There are no exceptions. If you wish your item insured, you must choose Priority Mail or Fed Ex Shipping.

The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs (to and from) for returns and exchanges. I will not accept returns of items that were sold as new and sealed that have been opened. I do not accept returns for patterns at all, that includes sewing patterns, embroidery, cross stitch, etc. patterns & charts and kits containing the above unless sold as NEW OR SEALED and returned SEALED. If I receive a return of a pattern or chart that has been unsealed I will not refund your purchase or postage.

Multiple Item Orders: I use calculated shipping on Etsy and I have found that too often, shipping charges are overstated for multiple item orders. If you want a better estimate before you order, please convo me with the exact pieces you want to purchase along with your exact address including zip code. Large Items: Calculated shipping with Etsy uses USPS. For larger and heavier items, sometimes I can save you money using Fed Ex. If I can save you money with Fed Ex, I will ship Fed Ex and issue a refund to you of the over-charge for shipping.

For the smaller items, I may give you two options, International First Class or International Priority Mail. With International First Class, there is no tracking or insurance and I am not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items. International Priority Mail does include coverage for lost, stolen or damaged items - choose that option for insurance!
