Please check the shop announcement on my shops home page for the current turn around time. Please note that some times are busier than others and turn around times will change depending on how busy I become.
Turn around time is the time it takes me to receive your order, make it, get it ready for shipping and take it to the post office. Once it is given to the postal worker, it is out of my control. Usual shipping takes 3-4 days but that is NOT guaranteed unless you purchase a shipping upgrade. I cannot be responsible for a mistake made by the postal service.
Items will not be shipped until a payment is received.
Returns & exchanges
All custom or personalized sales are final (NO returns); however, if you are unhappy with your order please let me know and I will try to help in any way I can.
If there happens to be a problem with your order, you MUST let me know within 10 days of the delivery date in order for me to refund, replace, or compensate you in some other form that we agree on.
Once I receive your order, if I see there is an issue with information you have provided or a problem on my end I will contact you as soon as possible via Etsy messaging. It is important to check your messages on Etsy after placing orders with any shop.
If I send you a message notifying you of an issue, missing information, or something else that may stop me from being able to complete your order and do not hear back from you by your SHIP DATE listed on your order receipt, your order will be cancelled and refunded in full.
