I've had a few inquiries about getting new corks to replace ones that have "seen better days"... Corks are a natural product and tend to wear out over time. If I were purchasing a mug designed to be used with a cork I sure would want to know if it were possible to get spare/replacement corks... A new cork magically turns it into a new mug ~😉~
I have to order these from one of my ceramic supply stores, (minimum order requirement, shipping, handling...) thought I might as well make them easily available right here on Etsy for your convenience. Here's the measurements...
2.5" across the top 2" across the bottom 1.25" tall
This is the size on most of my travel mugs, but be sure to check the listing, or even better, measure the original cork to make sure I send the right size. (I have 2 sizes with the leather loop on top... the other size is the smaller 2". I'll be doing a listing for that size too in the near future) Free shipping if there's another item purchased~
I ship most orders USPS Priority Mail. Packages get to you in 2-3 days and are handled less than with parcel post. They get a better conveyor belt according to my mail lady. One that doesn't drop them from a 2-story building :-) Another advantage is they come with a tracking # and insurance.
I take pride in my packaging but once in a great while something breaks. If that should happen I'd like to see a picture of it, so I can possibly learn what went wrong. I have never dealt making an insurance claim because up until recently insurance wasn't included. I will either send a replacement at no charge or refund your full amount.
Credit cards are most convenient. PayPal and credit cards are now linked. Hardly anyone uses them anymore, but I also accept checks. Not a problem!

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
Should an item arrive broken send me a photo and I'll be happy to give a full refund, or a replacement if that's what you'd prefer. If you get your item and are disappointed for some reason, let me know! Please take the time to look closely at my photos. Zoom in on them. Realize that colors come across differently on different monitors. I do my best to show you my pots with the 5 allowed photos...hopefully so you know what you'll be getting and disappointment won't happen. I want you to enjoy your purchase!
