All balloons can be filled with helium or air, and are self-sealing. You will receive these deflated. WARNING:
Flat, deflated or broken balloons are choking hazards -- keep deflated balloons from children under 8 years old and dispose of broken balloons promptly.
Foil balloons may conduct electricity. Do not release helium filled balloons or release near power lines. Use only non-metallic ribbon and attach the balloon to a weight to keep it from floating away.
1. Fill the balloons close to the event date to achieve the best results. 2. Avoid over-inflating as these may burst -- we don't refund popped balloons. 3. High altitudes can affect the balloon's ability to float. 4. Foil balloons are sensitive to extreme temperature changes. 5. Extreme heat can expand and burst the balloon.
Carefully inflate the balloons with a balloon pump.
