Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

Any customs fees, duties, VAT etc are the responsibility of the buyer. Any package returned due to non payment of customs fees will receive a refund less shipping. Shipping is not refundable in this circumstance.

Coverage Conditions: There is a forty-five (45) day waiting period for packages shipped international before the Insured may file a notice of non-delivery with U-PIC. For packages shipped to Italy, there is a sixty (60) day waiting period. APO/FPO shipments require a forty-five (45) day waiting period before filing a notice of non-delivery with U-PIC. No claims will be honored if filed after the 90 day expiration period. The insured will submit completed Endicia claim form, copy of the original invoice to the consignee, signed and dated statement from the consignee, proof of damage if applicable and any additional documentation requested to substantiate loss. Shipping costs must be included in the declared value in order to be paid with claim. Handling fees and insurance fees are excluded from coverage. All damaged property for which payment (not repair costs), or replacement has been made, must, on request, be returned to Underwriters. Failure to hold the damaged property until the claim has reached a resolution will result in the denial of the claim. All consolidator claims made on shipments that were not scanned as received by the consolidator shall be denied. The Insured will have one (1) year from the date of shipment to provide any required and/or additional documentation which has been requested of the Insured to substantiate said claim. Failure to provide the required and/or additional documentation within one (1) year from the ship date will result in denial of the claim.
