I typically ship an item one to three days after date of purchase. If you need it shipped immediately, convo me and let me know.
Upgraded/expedited shipping is an additional cost to the buyer and will only be obtained upon request and payment of the buyer. Please note that first class mail includes tracking/delivery conformation, but not shipping insurance.
International customers please note, I am happy to ship worldwide, however, any additional fees, taxes and duties are the responsibility of the buyer. Please also note that it can take up to a month to receive your item when shipping internationally (hopefully it will not take nearly that long).

Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
