Item details

Uganda is known as the Pearl of Africa and holds a special place in our family's heart. I hope that if you decide to choose this pattern you enjoy stitching it up as much as I enjoyed designing it. Stitches used are mostly whole cross stitches with just a few half stitches, some easy backstitching and a couple of French Knots. This is an instant download digital PDF counted cross stitch design so you can begin stitching right away!

- full color chart
- color photo for reference

The finished size of the sample pictured here and on the PDF pattern is approximately 3 3/4 inches wide by 3 inches tall and was stitched on 16 count Light Fiddlers Cloth from DMC Charles Craft.

FAQs

At this time I am not doing any custom or personalized orders due to the fact I sell only PDF Instant Download Patterns

When you have finished a project it often shows a little soil from the stitching process. To clean simply hand wash in luke warm water with a mild soap. Rinse in luke warm water. To dry place your piece on a clean towel and roll it up. Gently squeeze the towel without twisting it. Unroll the towel and lay in a clean area where it can finish drying. Do not iron stitching directly. You can iron fabric around the stitching. If you iron the stitching it will flatten your threads and possibly distort the design. There are also a number of great online resources with instructions for caring for your finished cross stitch project.
