All orders are shipped through USPS with tracking. Please be aware that USPS does not guarantee their delivery times. We can't be held responsible for shipping times once it's in USPS hands. It's out of our control when you will receive your order. Holiday's and weather can cause delays.

Priority • 2-3 business days
Overnight • 1-2 business days

Shipping cost is the total price of shipping materials, handling and shipping fees.

📬 Your Shipping Address:
Please make sure your address listed with Etsy is correct before placing your order. I will not be held responsible for items not received due to an incorrect address. If an order comes back to me, you will be charged shipping again.

•Lost Package?•
If there hasn't been any updated tracking info on your package, please allow up to 10 business days from when it was accepted in Tucson, AZ🌵. It's not considered lost until 15 business days per USPS. If priority shipping was purchased, I will file a claim with USPS and your order will be replaced.

•Expedited Processing•
If you need an item shipped sooner than my processing time, please message me before placing your order. Due to the volume of orders received daily, I can't check them as they come in, so I may not see your notes to me in time. It's very important that you let me know ahead of time. If you purchased a shipping upgrade of priority or overnight, that only changes how long it takes for you to receive your order, it does not get your order processed faster.

Since all of our items are custom designed, handcut, painted and made, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.

•Cancellations•
I do not accept cancellations. Once your item is ordered, I can't cancel it for any reason. Please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

•Damaged Item•
If you received your item damaged, you must contact me within 3 business days. A photo of the item and package must be sent to show proof of any damage. The photo must be of the item, and unused. If the item was a monogram, it must still have the transfer tape on it. If you have thrown it away, or can't find it, I will NOT send a replacement without photographic proof.

•Did we mess up your monogram?•
If there was a problem with your initials, please contact me and send a photo of the item you received. We will send a replacement if it was in fact our error. I request you to list your initials only in order of First, LAST, Middle. How you list your initials to me is how it will be printed. I will not be held responsible for not knowing what your middle and last name is. No refunds are given.

Monogram Example: Jayme Lynn Smith, so you will list you monogram as JSL.

•Did you mess up your monogram?•
If you gave me incorrect initials, you will have to purchase your order again. A replacement will not be sent since it was not our error.

•Changes to your order•
If for any reason you must make any changes to your order, it must be done within 24 hours, if the item hasn't already been made.
