If you would like to buy insurance at a small charge, please contact me and I will be happy to assist you. Packages usually arrive without any problems, but it could get lost, stolen or damaged in the proscess. Souvenir shop French is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items if insurance is not purchased. If you wish to cancel an order, you normally have a legal limit of 48 hours. Refund of orders paid and canceled generally within 7 days.
