I had extensive surgery (9/27) and your purchases may take one to two weeks to finish thru the month of October. Thank you for your understanding. PLEASE ORDER YOUR HOLIDAY GIFTS BY DECEMBER 07 TO INSURE DELIVERY BY CHRISTMAS! I normally ship within 3 to 5 days of a paid order, unless it is the weekend or a holiday. In those cases, your order will go out on the next business day. If your order is custom made please allow 5 day turn around.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
My policy is simple ~ contact me right away and you may return any item for any reason within 7 days of purchase, I don't expect any problems as I inspect each item before shipping. If for any reason you just don't like the product, it's not as you thought it would be, or for any other reason, I will fully refund your money or replace the item with another of your choosing. I know you will be satisfied with my product! However, I am not perfect! I hand make these items myself. Sometimes something might get past me! Please know, I am NOT trying to sneak out a faulty product! Kindly let me know and i will make it right!
