Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

DIGITAL PRINTABLE ITEMS - Due to the digital nature of the items sold in my shop, all digital sales are final. No refunds. - To get the maximum quality out of my high-resolution files please choose your print materials carefully. Results will differ depending on the type of ink, paper, and printer used. - It is impossible for me to make an exact color match on any digital items without a color code (RGB, CMYK, or HEX). For this reason, I do not issue refunds for color issues. I will however, work with you and make additional color edits to match, if necessary.
I strive to achieve complete customer satisfaction. If there are any problems with your order please contact me immediately and I will do my best to resolve the issue.
