The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
We want every customer to be satisfied but we do understand when customers feel that they have to return an item. We have a 14 day return policy and will refund 100% of the purchase price less our shipping charge.
Please contact us within 3 days of receipt of package. Item/s may be returned only after contacting us via email for instructions.
Returned items must reach us within 14 days of return approval in original packaging. We will refund original purchase price of item less the shipping charge.
Since we have only one item for most of the items we offer for purchase, we cannot offer an exchange or replacement item. A full refund less our shipping charge is our only option.
