Upon receipt of payment, all packages are mailed within 3 business days. I mail via USPS (United States Postal Service), unless otherwise noted.
Once the package is delivered to the post office, it is the USPS property and responsibility. I apologize if your package is damaged or lost. Insurance is added to packages with a declared value of $50.00 or more. If insurance is needed on items with a declared value less than $50.00, send me an email prior to making payment. I will add the additional charge to your invoice.
If a package is not deliverable to the address provided or if refused and/or returned to me, the buyer will be responsible for original shipping costs plus any additional shipping costs to return the package.
I only mail to the address and the name on the card and/or file.
I will combine shipping with multiple purchases, but I reserve the right to deny combination shipping. If you would like to request combined shipping, please contact me via e-mail. I will not package breakable items with clothing articles. If multiple items (like items) are purchased on the same day, I will, normally, contact the buyer to find out his/her intentions. If you do not receive an e-mail, send me an e-mail. Let’s keep the line of communication open – I assume nothing.
SALES TAX: Texas residents are required, by law, to pay a 7.25% sales tax. The sales tax will be added to the bill at the checkout process.
CUSTOMS: International buyers please be aware that you may have to pay duties and taxes on your items once they arrive in your country. Contact your local custom office to see if and how this applies to you.
Shipping cost includes materials used in shipping and postage.
METHOD OF PAYMENT: I accept PayPal.
After your order is submitted, I will wait 48 hours for payment. If payment is not received, within 48 hours, your order will be cancelled and Etsy notified. If more time is needed, please let me know before you place an order. Let’s keep the line of communication open. I will place an item(s) on hold for 24 hours only.
Returns & exchanges
All photos sold are in vintage or antique condition. There might be some foxing, writing, creasing, crinkles, tears, stains, or album residue present on the photograph. I will try to mention any noticeable wear. Please view all the photos for careful judgment. Before purchasing, if you have any questions, please feel free to send me a convo/email.
I want my customers to be happy with every purchase. If you are happy, then I am happy. If that rare occasion arises, and you do have a problem with your purchase, I must be contacted (firstname.lastname@example.org) within 24 hours of delivery. If a refund should be agreed upon for any reason, the return shipping cost will be paid by the buyer. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), a refund will be issued through PayPal, and only in cases of gross negligence and/or misrepresentation of the item(s).
