How to apply: Step 1. Create a slip knot: Select a strand of hair tinsel and create a small loop. Pull the end of the tinsel through the loop completely. Step 2. Tie the tinsel and hair together: For fine hair select 3 or 4 hairs (for thicker hair-1 or2) Slide slip knot onto the hair. Pull tinsel and hair side to side direction, making sure the knot is close to the hair shaft. Tie the hairs and the tinsel together in a knot. Once the knot is at the base of the hair pull it tight. Now you can drop the hair Pull the ends of tinsels in opposite directions until knot is secure. Try pulling tinsel holding it closer to the knot (to prevent tinsel stretching and breaking) Step 3: Tie few more knots with the tinsel only. The finished knot should be at the base of hair, small and flattened into the hair.
Orders are shipped out from USA within 1-2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding US holidays and weekends. Orders are generally delivered within 1 week of the shipment date. We are not responsible for shipping delays due to weather, strike, mechanical failure, or circumstances beyond our control, and are not able to offer refunds for those reasons.
• International orders require 10-20 business days for delivery and vary by destination. • Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. • We are not responsible for customs delays, lost or stolen packages. Various countries handle customs differently, some faster and some slower. • International customs IDs are not tracking numbers, they confirm your package has been shipped and can be tracked on USPS website until it has reached the border.
We are trying to offer affordable shipping for international customers and we do not charge any premium or handling charge for this service outside of the USPS postage rates. If you don't see any USPS updates on the package after it left USA take the package Id to your local post office to inquire about its status.
• If you prefer to track the package every step from USA to your door step you need to purchase a service with a tracking ID, such as USPS Express International, FedEx or UPS, so please inquire with us before purchasing.
We accept PayPal as our primary method of payment, credit cards through Etsy's processing or Etsy Gift Cards.
Please note that we cannot mark International shipments as "gifts". All items entering a foreign country may be subject to customs inspection and the assessment of taxes and duties in accordance with local regulations. Any Additional Charges will not be refunded in any way to you by us. Please check with your local authorities on your tax obligations before placing an order.
In the event that taxes and/or duties are incurred and if you refuse to accept delivery of the shipment, you shall be responsible for payment of all return charges, inclusive of any return taxes and/or duties incurred. These charges will be withheld from the refund.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Customer Service is a top priority at Zara Beauty so please contact us if you have any concerns or suggestions. Some returns are handled on case by case basis but below are the general guidelines:
Important! When you receive a package with tinsel be careful not to cut the tinsel inside while opening a shipping bag. Our bags have a special flap that opens the package without any harm to contents. If you choose to use scissors, please make sure you cut only the top of the bag. All refunds for a reason "I did not do it" will not be approved. We do not send tinsel packages cut in half to our customers.
Return for refund (original purchase price only, shipping and handling is not refundable): 14 days from the order date. Return For Replacement: Within 14 days from the order date Defective Products: Replacement or Full refund to original method of payment.
-Your returned item must reach us in the original condition in which it was shipped, including all gifts and bonuses (if applicable) or will be refused at customer's cost.
We want to give you a FULL credit for the item you are returning, but for quality control purposes, any returned items will be inspected carefully before we can issue credits. Zara Beauty shall be the sole determiner of whether a product is in fact defective.
