Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
We ship orders every Monday and Thursday.

Exchanges will be given within 30 days of purchase for any items missing, broken, damaged. Photos as proof of such issues will be required.

Digital download products can only be cancelled if the product was not downloaded. If the item has been downloaded, I am sorry, we do not take returns on digital downloads already received.

Patterns MAY NOT be offered for free in any forum, that includes but not limited to Pinterest, Etsy, Ebay etc. If you find my designs being redistributed by someone other than Spot Colors or LaBranche Designs, LLC, please let me know!
