I ship via first class USPS.
Orders 1 lb+ will ship via usps parcel post or priority mail.
All domestic orders are shipped with delivery confimation.
Insurance is not included in the regular shipping fees:
If you wish to add insurance or upgrade the shipping convo me for a shipping rate adjustment.

I ship first class USPS on International orders. Tracking is not included in the cost of the postage, however it is available upon request: if you would like this service, please contact me prior to purchasing your order and I will adjust the shipping costs.

Any crushable items (such as millinery flowers and crepe garlands) are shipped in corrugated cardboard boxes to protect them.

***Shipping rate update 2013:
The Postal system has drastically raised our international rates, shipping charges have been adjusted to reflect the new rates.

***Refunds for overage after postage costs will be issued whenever possible.

International customers: I cannot mark merchandise as a gift,
also, the purchaser is responsible for all customs, duties and taxes applicable to orders.

A sales tax rate of 7% will be applied to all orders in the state of Iowa.

Returns & exchanges

Unless postal insurance is requested/purchased, thegildedbee cannot be resposible for lost packages.
When they leave my hands I do not have any control over the packages.

Flowers are measured on the curve of the petals, rather than the top, as the top diameter measurements can vary.
