ONE OF A KIND!

AGE: Holiday 2017

ITEM: A cherry blossom floral embellishment - ribbon floral for any type of project you can think of. Starting with vintage GERMAN sugar pips as a base, I added emerald green 100% SILK leaves and, at the center, vintage SATIN (POLYESTER) ribbon with a center of C.1900 ANTIQUE OMBRE Ruffled Ribbon.

CONDITION: Still looks great. The piece is entirely hand sewn and can be attached to a coat lapel, a hat or ????? It should not be permanently stitched to anything that has to be cleaned - the sugar pips would not hold up under water.

SIZE: 2" x 3/4" approx.

FINAL COMMENTS: There is no felt backing - just the crinoline. Stitch to another item or add a pin and add to a piece of clothing - this way, it is easily removed before the garment has to be washed. In rules of ribbonwork, only the front counts - not the back.

I ship as soon as I can, usually 1-2 days within the purchase date. Sometimes there are delays but not many - usually family and the weather are the main culprits.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
Not happy? Just doesn't work for you? Just send it back and I will offer a full refund on the purchase price only. Layaway pieces are handled a little differently - usually I apply a 15% restocking fee if the item has been "on hold" for a very long time. Most dealers do "no refunds" on either the deposits or layaway itself. I think this a little harsh as you never know what is going to crop up in the way of an emergency and sometimes a person does have to hold onto their money due to such a situation.
