All the products are wrapped in silk paper, then put into a bubbled envelopp to protect them and ensure a safe travel.
International packages are shipped with the French Post, using an upgraded parcel service with a tracking number. Depending on the destination, this tracking will go untill the delivery address or will stop at the french border. Full tracking only for : USA, Canada, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Sweden, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Great Britain, Ireland, Iceland, Luxembourg, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Spain, Portugal and Switzerland (except islands).
I ship from Versailles in France. For Europe, the delivery time is usually less than 2 weeks. For outside Europe, this delay is around 3 to 4 weeks, according the destination. Please note that if the parcel is controlled by customs, the delay will be longer (up to 6 weeks for the customs clearance). Please note that Opale Lces can not be responsible for the transport delay.
CUSTOMS CHARGES Some items that are shipped outside Europe may occur additional fees, taxes, tarifs, duties, or customs charges. Since I cannot predict or calculate these charges, the buyer is responsible for their payment should they occur. Returns will not be accepted due to customs fees.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
