*** Ship from France worldwide are shipped by French Colissimo International Airmail, a TRACKING NUMBER AND INSURANCE and Delivery against a Signature for added security. The minimum charge for this service is $28 which is below the actual cost to us. The shipping charge will never be more than the actual cost to us.
Here is the French post office charges: Less than 1000grams: 30euros Between 1000 and 2000 grams: 38euros Between 2000 and 5000 grams: 60euros Between 5000 and 10 000grams: 100euros
*** SMALL ITEMS like medals or rosary are shipped By French Tracking Letter Airmail, a tracking number and an insurance of 150euros maximum. Packed in a bubbled wrap letter or a small box. Please note that the parcel can be only tracked by the French post Office, if there is any issue, you will have to contact me and I will contact us to know where is the parcel. According to weight, this shipping service costs between 8euros and 15euros. If you want the higher priced French Collissimo International Airmail, please tell us.
*** We do not profit from shipping charges and in fact we always absorb some of the cost of shipping ourselves. We do not add to the French post service, the packing cost and time.
*** As soon as we send the parcel, we will inform you and send you the tracking number. Generally our parcels arrive worldwide in about 5 to 8 days but we ask that you to count on up to 10 days. Please remember that we are shipping from France, parcel can be slow by weather or public holiday.

We regret that this will take at least 90 days from the start of the claims process, and as much as a week or two more before we actually receive a refund from the French Post. *** French POST'S RULES: DAMAGED item in transit: the customer must open a refund claim at his local post office as quickly as possible. Moreover if it is possible, please open the parcel in front of the delivery man to check that the item is safe. If it is not, the deliver man will be able to notice that it arrived damaged. After a refund claim opening, the post office will begin an investigation. This investigation before being refund can take a long time. So we will appreciate very much your patience.
