You can choose how you would like for your order to ship during the checkout process. Transit times are available at ups.com, usps.com, and fedex.com. Your order will ship from zip code 37090. Customer assumes responsibility for shipment after it leaves our facility. All claims regarding damaged or missing boxes should be made with carrier. It is very important that you inspect your product upon receipt. It is important that you DO NOT discard any of the packaging. Because all of our products are custom engraved, we’re unable to cancel orders once we begin production. We accept Master Card, Visa and most other major credit cards. You also may pay by PayPal. Returns & exchanges
CHANGES TO ORDERS Due to our quick turnaround times, we begin work immediately on your order. If you need to change an order, please contact us to see if this is possible. We will do everything we can to work with you.
ORDER CANCELLATION Because all of our products are custom engraved, we’re unable to cancel orders once we begin production.
INCORRECT SHIPMENTS We make every effort to ensure that all of your order is correct when we ship it. If there is an error, please contact us ASAP either at sales@EngravedEffects.com or call us at 615-879-3649. Please note that the way your proof looked is how your item should look. If you approved the proof, and the engraving/printing is how we proofed it, then we cannot offer you a refund. We will work with you to get this corrected and reshipped to you as soon as possible. You will have to cover the costs. If the engraving/printing is somehow different from the final proof then we will take care of getting the incorrect item fixed or replaced and shipped to you per your original shipping method (ex. If you had it shipped UPS ground, then the replacement will be sent to you UPS ground).
ORDERING Most orders ship within 3 business days. However, we do list shipping times on site. Some items may take longer depending on demand. Large orders and certain products are subject to additional lead times. In these instances, it will be noted in the product description or we will contact you to let you know. Engraving and/or printing is included in the price. The amount of text is unlimited. The size of your text will be adjusted in size to accommodate the difference.
DESIGN AND SETUP We do not charge a set up fee for logos provided in our preferred formats listed in the LOGOS section below. There is no setup fee for personalization. There is also no setup fee for photographs that are used AS IS in the full color products. See ENGRAVED PHOTOGRAPHS for information on using them on engraved plaques and gifts. You can set up your own plaque design. The design must be in one of our approved file formats (pdf, eps, Microsoft Word). Email us the file (art@EngravedEffects.com), include your order number in the subject, and we will send you back a proof.
ENGRAVED PHOTOGRAPHS Photographs can be engraved on your plaque, award, or gift for an extra $5 set up fee. NOTE: For full color plaques and gifts, there is no setup fee for using those pictures as is.
LOGOS You can use your own logo as long as you provide it in a useable format (preferably pdf or eps files). We cannot use a low resolution jpeg. If we have to recreate your logo, an additional art charge may apply. Please send all logos and artwork to art@EngravedEffects.com. Remember it must be in one of our accepted formats. Include your name and order number in the subject.
