I will select the most cost effective shipping method possible. Rates from Canada are, unfortunately, somewhat higher than those in the US. I strive to ship the next business day after payment but it may be up to 3 business days if things on the farm are really busy (lambing season, hay season etc) or weather prevents me from getting out to the post office. I will keep you up to date on you actual shipping date.

I will gladly combine items purchased to reduce the overall postage cost. I pack items as securely and responsibly as possible therefore I cannot be responsible for damage caused during the shipping process.

CUSTOMS:
International customers are responsible for duties, taxes and customs fees assessed by your country. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; sellers have no control over these charges. You may contact your local customs office for more information.

When filling out customs forms, Canadian, U.S. and International government regulations prohibit sellers from marking merchandise values lower than the selling price, as well as marking items as gifts. Unfortunately, I have no control over the time it may take for your item to go through Customs before it arrives to you.

Payments

Payment through PayPal is preferred however I am now delighted to be able to offer you the Direct Checkout option if that is more to your liking.

Returns & exchanges

If I have failed to describe something accurately I will most certainly refund you payment...no problem.
