FREE SHIPPING! This auction is for 2 beautiful glass buttons made by artisans in the region of Bohemia, Czech Republic. They are pressed from vintage molds and then ground, painted, and painstakingly detailed by hand. The paint is permanent high-temperature fired enamel.

These buttons have a wonderful 3-D figural quality - they were made from a nicely carved mold that features a gardenia flower in high relief. Each measures approx. 36mm (1 7/16") wide and has a 4-way metal loop shank. They are crystal glass with a reverse painted fiery green rainbow AB flash metallic mirror back finish. They also have gold enamel details and a red painted border on the front.

They make wonderful embellishments to clothes, knits, hats, crafts, and can even be used in jewelry making!!

We specialize in limited edition Czech buttons. We have many rare and unusual styles, color combinations, and paint finishes.
