These 3 thread cards are handmade. They are covered with mixed linen and cotton fabric, witch is printed on the front (2 red balloons and 1 brown) and plain on the back.
An eyelet allows you to hang a string of linen with a label, that is provided, to write the name or the number of the floss.
The finishing is made with a linen string.

Formerly, linen thread was wound on cardboard or wooden cards and the pattern gradually revealed itself.
You can use these thread organizers to store your threads instead of a reel in your embroidery or sewing box.
