I ship mainly USPS first class unless otherwise noted. It is the responsibility of the buyer to know their custom regulations and to pay any customs fees. I do mark items as merchandise on international customs forms. If you want to upgrade shipping, please contact me prior to purchasing. Insurance is an upgrade, and fees are paid by the buyer, as are confirmations. Ready to ship items will be mailed out within 1-2 business days (USPS business days). Custom made items will ship when completed, times for completion will vary by item.
I accept PayPal and direct payment. Payment must be received within 3 days, or I will have to cancel the sale. Cancellation may be accepted within 24 hours of purchase, depending if item was shipped or not.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Items on sale
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
Refunds are only considered within the first 30 days from shipment date (my ship date). If there is damage to an item, please forward me a picture of the damage so I may assess. Any item returned, buyer will pay for shipping to/from. If item is lost in the mail, I will work with the buyer to submit a claim with the USPS and to come to a resolution.
Custom orders are considered on a case by case basis. All items are handmade and will incur slight flaws and differences. Colors may vary from one computer screen to another.
