When placing your order for one of our custom planners, mugs, cards, or other items, just let us know via the 'note to seller' how you'd like the item customized just for you! We can add names, photos, and even change quotes via one of our add-on packs!

We are happy to gift wrap your custom item, and include a beautiful handwritten note! Just purchase the gift wrap add-on from our add-on packs, and we'll take care of the rest!

We can definitely provide a digital proof for your review and approval before printing and shipping your order. Digital proofs are available via an add on pack in our add on section. More details on Digital proofs available in the add on pack. Please be aware that after 72 hours of proof issuance we will auto approve your design as shown on the digital proof. Changes cannot be made to an order after it is processed or digital proof has been approved or auto approved. All messages and proofs will be provided via Etsy convo, not email. Please reply to proofs via convo here on Etsy, if you reply to the automated email we will not receive your approval! **Orders without a digital proof add on will not receive a digital proof**

We currently offer shipping to the following international destinations: Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Ireland, Japan, New Zealand, The Netherlands, and the United Kingdom. All international shipping is done via USPS 1st Class International. Delivery time varies depending on location, and customs.

Our standard processing and manufacturing time is 3-4 working days. (orders with digital proofs are processed after proof is approved). After which time your custom item is shipped! Shipping time depends on type of shipping purchased with your order, location, and handling by postal service. Please note that any delay to processing of your order will push shipping and production time back. Standard domestic shipping via USPS can take between 3-5 working days. If you need your item sooner, please upgrade to FedEx 2-day or FedEx overnight. We also offer Rush processing via an add on to reduce our processing time to 1 business day. We provide a tracking number for every order!

Your satisfaction is our top concern and we want you to be very happy with your purchase. Please understand that, due to the highly personalized nature of our products, we cannot provide refunds, exchanges or free reprints. PurpleTrail is not responsible for errors in spelling, punctuation or accuracy in the text approved by customer, poor quality resulting from use of low-resolution, poor quality or dark images, variances in color fidelity on different computer screens, size of item you order not being ideal, other creative choices made by customer, or incorrect shipping information. Included with all of our planners and card designs are basic changes to names, dates, and addition of photos. For changes to colors and quotes of the designs, we offer an add-on that can be purchased along with your planner. This allows for our designers to create your custom quote or change design colors to your specifications. We cannot create fully custom covers via Etsy only modify our existing designs; however, via our website you can design-your-own cover however you'd like! Just send us a convo with any questions.

We do not create custom planner layouts. All of our layouts are static as shown on the images of our listings. Sorry about that!

We custom make all of our items at our workshop in Issaquah, WA. 100% made in the U.S. by our talented print and design team. From beginning to end, design through manufacturing and shipping, it is all located within our shop! We never outsource your items! All created by hand with great care!

Processing Time

Your order is typically processed and shipped from our shop within 4-5 business days of the order date. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday begin processing the following Monday.

Rush Processing

Need your order fast? We have the option of “Rush Processing” available with our expedited shipping options. If you choose a shipping option that has Rush Processing, your order will be made and shipped within one business day (M-F). **Please note that the rush processing for orders with a digital proof add-on will begin processing after the digital proof is approved via email or at the 72 hour proof approval window as expired. **

Standard Shipping (4-5 day shipping & 4-5 day processing, M-F)
3-4 days shipping + 1 day rush processing, M-F

**International parcels are shipped via 1st class international and may take 14-21 days to arrive - we do not offer expedited shipping for international parcels**

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email from Etsy with the tracking number for your package. Tracking numbers can also be viewed on the order page on Etsy after your package has shipped.

International Orders

We currently ship USPS First Class International to the following destinations: Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Ireland, Japan, New Zealand, The Netherlands, and the United Kingdom. Delivery time varies depending on location, and customs. Please note we do not currently offer expedited shipping for international orders. International orders may be subject to additional custom fees.

Changes of Address/Lost Packages

Please double-check your shipping address when placing your order. We cannot make changes to shipping addresses after your order has been processed. If you notice that you provided us with an incorrect address, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do everything we can to update your shipping information before your order ships. We are not responsible for stolen packages, miss-delivered packages, or packages shipped to incorrect address provided to us via the ordering process.


Payments

We accept all major credit cards through Etsy Direct Checkout and PayPal. As we make all your items in WA we are are required to collect Washington sales tax for any items shipping to an address in the state of Washington. Please note that our pricing is in US dollars.

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

However, if for some reason you are not satisfied with the quality of your printed order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your package. We promise to make things right.

Please understand that, due to the highly personalized nature of our products, we cannot provide refunds or free reprints, except for cases in which your printed products arrived damaged, with a manufacturing defect or with a defect in workmanship. PurpleTrail is not responsible for the following:
-- Errors in spelling, punctuation or accuracy in the text entered by the customer.
-- Poor quality resulting from the use of low-resolution, poor quality or dark images.
-- Variances in color fidelity and brightness from what you see on your computer screen.
-- Errors in user-customizable features, such as choice of colors, formatting etc.
-- Size of the item you ordered is not ideal
-- Font or text size being smaller than it appears on the screen. The printed font will be the exact size that you specify, but depending on your screen resolution and zoom level, it may appear larger or smaller on the computer.
-- Any other creative choices you made that you want to revisit
-- Delivery to incorrect address provided during check out
-- Lost/Stolen/or miss-delivered packages due to incorrect address provided or handling by shipping company

In the case of a PurpleTrail error in producing your order, please accept our apology and be assured that we will remedy the error as quickly as possible.

Order Processing and Digital Proofs

We begin work on your order immediately after we receive and process your order. You will receive a short message from us within 1 business day of you placing your order (Monday -
Friday) along with a short order recap, your order is then processed!. No digital proofs are provided for orders without a digital proof add on pack.

If you wish to view a digital proof prior to us printing and shipping your order, please purchase a Digital Proof add on, from our add on section.

Digital proofs provide you with a digital proof image for your review/approval (issued within 1 business day of placing your order). You will have 72 hours to review and approve your digital proof. After 72 hours, if we have not received approval, we will auto approve your order exactly as shown on the digital proof in order to get your order to you as soon as possible.
