Volume 42 from Elizabeth Hiddleson's extensive output of thread crochet patterns, purchased directly from her family years ago and kept in storage in my shop. Book is in very good condition considering age; staples are most are slightly rusted. Volume 42 contains the following patterns (not all shown):
1. Myria 2. Silver & Gold 3. Pine Burr 4. Tree Trims 5. Cluny Doily 6. Pineapple Centerpiece 7. Good Morning 8. Mountain Retreat 9. Shell 9 Scallop Doily 10. Good News 11. One Evening
I still have quite a few of her volumes in stock, plus almost all of the single patterns she sold separately. As far as I can see, none of them are in the books. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask.
Please note that she didn't chart her filet patterns as we do today. Rather, she had a good close-up of the piece and you can count blocks/spaces from that.
There are no returns on books, because they can be copied before returning. I found this out in my shop years ago!
Postage to US addresses is $3.75 first class or $6.65 priority. I am more than happy to combine orders and discount postage. I also accept orders sent to foreign countries but check with me first for rates!
I use the USPS exclusively. Shipping costs shown are for postage; any other services such as insurance or delivery confirmation are extra. Uninsured orders are sent at the buyer's own risk; I make the insurance optional because most buyers do not want to pay $1.80 insurance on a $3.00 book! I try to mail packages no later than the next week day, and if I plan to be out of the shop for more than 2 days I will put a notice on the shop page.
Payments may be with Paypal, personal or bank check, or money order. International orders are welcome; Paypal is preferred for international order, but a check or money order ON A US BANK is allowed if pre-approved. Louisiana residents will pay 8.5% sales tax.
Returns & exchanges
Since books can be copied and then returned (I found this out in my shop years ago), I do not allow returns on books unless they are defective. Since I personally page through each book before I send it out, this has never happened! Other items such as supplies are handled on an individual basis.
