Items sent WITHIN THE UK up to a value of £20 are generally sent first class, or second class where the item is heavier, to keep postage costs down for the buyer. For items £20-70 there is the option of upgrading to a tracked/insured service, chosen by the buyer at checkout: to insure items up to £50 choose Recorded del, or up to £200 choose Special del. If no upgrade is chosen, the item will be sent with standard first class and will only be covered to a loss value of £20. Items over £70 are sent with full insurance as standard.
INTERNATIONAL mail up to the value of £20 is sent with Airmail, with an estimated delivery time of roughly 7-10 working days. Please note that this does not come with tracking information, and is only compensated up to £20 if the parcel goes missing. Returns & exchanges
I offer a refund on receipt of returned goods, if they are found to be faulty or incorrectly described. Please read the description carefully as I cannot accept returns if the article is just not liked. Refunds of listing value are issued provided the item(s) are in the same condition as sent. *
