National Cake Supply cannot guarantee delivery on a specific date or time (including overnight packages). Please make sure you are aware of any specific delivery policies that exist at your shipping destination as these may affect the arrival of your order. National Cake Supply is not responsible for any shipping delays, including those resulting from inclement weather. If no person is present at the destination to accept the shipment, or for any other reason outside of National Cake Supply control, then National Cake Supply is exempted of all culpability. National Cake Supply has no obligation to replace or refund any products that could potentially melt during transit in warm weather.
Shipping Times: National Cake Supply agrees to ship your order 1-2 business days of your purchase. Below are estimated shipping times.
Standard (US only): 4 - 14 business days after shipping (may take longer)
Expedited (US only): 2 - 6 business days after shipping
2 Day: Fed Ex 2 Business days after shpping
What shipping methods do you offer? We ship via USPS and Fed Ex depending on your order and location.
Do you ship to Military APO and FPO addresses? Absolutely, we are a veteran owned company. Please allow up to 30 days for your delivery.
How long after I place my order is my package shipped? We typically ship your order within 1-2 business days of receiving receipt. Our business days are Monday – Friday excluding US holidays.
How long will it take for my package to arrive? Arrival of your order depends on the shipping methods chosen during checkout. We work hard to ship your order as fast as possible. Most of our customers will receive their orders 4-8 business days after it has shipped.
How do I track my package? Once we ship your order we will email you your tracking information. It generally takes 24-48 business hours before the tracking information is viewable via the USPS.
What if my package is lost, damaged, or is delivered late? Please contact us via email (email@example.com) and we will work with the USPS to help locate your package. If your package is lost or late we will contact the USPS to help locate your package, this process takes up to 72 business hours for the USPS to resolve. If your package is damaged please send us a photo with your email. Damaged packages should also be reported to your carrier and/or local post office.
We do our best to pack your order to prevent damage. Some items may be more susceptible to some breakage hence the reason we offer lower prices on these items.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
Unauthorized returns are subject to 15% restock fee.
Returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt.
If you are reporting damaged product(s), we may require you to email us a picture of the damaged product(s) and packaging for verification.
If you are returning an item due to your ordering error, you will be refunded the amount of the order total minus the shipping charges once we verify that the item(s) arrive to our facility in good condition.

Place a copy of your invoice inside of the box and securely pack and tape your package to ensure a safe trip.
Ship the package to the return address on your packing slip.
You may use any carrier for returning your package (UPS, USPS or FedEx)
We will issue a refund on your credit card will within 2-3 business days of receiving your returned merchandise in good condition.
Edible decorations are brittle and easily damaged in shipping. While we do our best to pack them for you, some breakage is inevitable but this is already reflected in your cost. Broken edible items can still be placed on your cakes, etc.
Internet Selling Practice: We are proud of our speedy expedition process. If for any reason an item that you ordered is out of stock additional shipping time may be needed to fulfill the order. If an item has been discontinued a refund will be issued to your approved payment method.
Damage and Shortage Policy: Please notify us immediately via firstname.lastname@example.org or via Etsy. It is at National Cake Supply’s discretion whether or not we will replace or refund damages or shortages. If the outer box shows visible damage, you should make a claim with the delivery carrier i.e. USPS, Fed Ex. If there is no visible damage to the outer container National Cake Supply will either refund the cost of the product or replace it. If we replace the product we will ship it via the same method as the original order. Sorry but we cannot overnight replacements. Edible decorations are brittle and easily damaged in shipping. While we do our best to pack them for you, some breakage is inevitable and this is reflected in our lower pricing. Cancellation Policy: If you place your cancellation via email before we ship your item we will cancel your order at no cost to you. If you place your cancellation after we ship your item you are responsibility for all cost to return the item and will be subject to our return policy.
