I generally ship USPS First Class (US) and unless a special request is made, of which the buyer is responsible for all additional shipping charges. Please allow up to 10 days for delivery. If there will be a delay in shipping on my end, I will notify you. Please be sure you have provided me with your correct shipping address and telephone number.
Insurance is recommended, as I am not responsible for damage once delivered to the USPS for shipment.
International orders are shipped First Class International mail.
NOTE: Int'l shipping fees seem high, only actual costs will be charged, if desired please convo with questions regarding shipping to your location prior to purchase
** Please note that orders placed outside of the US may be liable for customs duty/import taxes on delivery, this is entirely out of my control as are any delays in delivery due to customs interventions. Payment of such customs amounts are the responsibility of the person the package is addressed to. **
Credit card payments are handled through the Etsy payment system (preferred) or PayPal. Payment is due in U.S. dollar equivalent if purchasing from outside the U.S.
Purchases shipping to a Texas address will include 8.25% tax on the total (including shipping) unless you provide a resale number, before checking out (convo me).
All items will be returned to stock for payments not received within 48 hours (credit card purchases) and 7-10 days for check or MO unless you are an international buyer (contact me for details).

Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
Guarantee: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please convo me within 7 days of receiving your item. A full refund, minus all fees (shipping, Etsy, PayPal, insurance etc) will be provided.
Refunds are offered once items are received, in the same state they were shipped in, minus any shipping and fees incurred. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and the item must be insured for the return shipment.
I usually have packages mailed out within 48 hours of receiving payments, barring holidays etc. However, since this is not my full time job I will email you if there is a longer delay that is unavoidable, I ask for your understanding should this occur.
I do fulfill custom order requests, please convo me for details. If you'd like a design you've seen in my shop but say in a different color combination or pattern please contact me. I do not however provide replication of someone else's work, so please do not ask.
