PDFs and other electronic products are downloadable (the link will be emailed to you). Physical products are shipped via US Mail unless other arrangements are made in advance. Buyers are responsible for customs and all other fees associated with the shipment.
Napa Needlepoint accepts payment via PayPal (preferred) & personal check. Personal checks must be drawn on US Funds and products will not be shipped until payment has cleared. If paying by check, you must notify me and the check must be mailed within 1 business day of order being placed, otherwise your order will be cancelled and the item will be relisted. If you need to make other arrangements, please let me know.

Sales tax is charged on items shipped to California addresses.

I want you to love your needlepoint products. However refunds are not available on any electronic items, custom products, kits, or threads. Other items may be returned by prior arrangement only and only if in original unused condition. You are responsible for any shipping charges for returns.
