INTERNATIONAL orders the time frames are only estimates and no guarantees. Once I drop your order off at the post office there is no way for me to track the status once the package leaves the US. Only proof of shipment.

Buyers are responsible for any CUSTOM DUTIES or taxes to receive the package. They are not included and may be owed to your country to import. If a package comes back to me as unclaimed, I can only refund for the product and not the shipping cost. Please check your countries post office website for any fees that may be required before purchasing.
There might also be an additional charge if your order is wholesale.
Domestic items are shipped via UPS, and USPS Insured Mail. We pride ourselves in fast shipping and will always try to combine shipping whenever possible. Some orders may take 5 to 7 days to ship, 1-3 weeks for special orders or out of stock.
IF your order WAS delivered according to the tracking, and you did not receive it, there is nothing I can do once it is shipped, please check with your mail carrier, it is out of my hands.
I also ship worldwide. We have options for International shipping, The first is USPS Express, or PRIORITY.
Once I ship international the way you want, I am not responsible for loss or damages and can not issue refunds. You would have to work this out with your postal service.
I package each piece with the best care for shipping. I use bubble wrap, paper, peanuts, and sometimes I double box. Shipping prices include shipping materials, shipping, a tracking number, AND INSURANCE, (NOT for FIRST CLASS) Please read all shop policies prior to purchase! If you do not see a price for shipping to your country please contact me.

International orders must have a commercial receipt and it will be included inside the package.
All International Orders ship via First Class Mail International Package Service, the best choice for your package to arrive to you promptly and safely, for a fair rate.
The *average* transit time for International delivery is about 2-4 weeks, however shipping times vary depending on location, time of the year, and your local postal service...and the main delay comes from customs at the border when importing your package.
NOTE: I can not give you an exact delivery date nor promise that your package will arrive by a certain day, as there are no guarantees made by the postal service.
TRACKING INFORMATION IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS. We can NOT tell you where your order is during transit- only the ship date and delivery date once it arrives.
Often international shipments are held at your local post office for pickup (not just dropped at your doorstep), so PLEASE be sure to check there if you are waiting on your order...often they forget to leave you a note.
Depending on your country, additional customs charges, fees or taxes may be due when you receive your package. These charges are your responsibility and are decided by the receiving country where you live. They are NOT included in the price of shipping. We mark all orders as "merchandise" and by law must disclose the retail value of your order on the package. Please don't ask me to break the law and mark your item "gift" or lower the value so that you can avoid paying duty on your package.
INTERNATIONAL CLIENTS, PLEASE ORDER EARLY IF YOU ARE WANTING YOUR ITEM FOR A SPECIFIC DATE. Some international locations, even Canada, can take 2-3 weeks to arrive in some cases...it just really depends on customs as well as the postal service in your country. Express Options are also available with FedEx International if you need to rush your shipment.

Paypal or Etsy Shop checkout We accept All major credit cards through Paypal. Payment is due at time of purchase. Paypal is a secure and encrypted payment provider, and your privacy is protected by Paypal's SSL technology.
Please note that you do not need a PayPal account to use PayPal. You can pay directly through PayPal with your credit or debit card.
Money Orders and Checks Money orders and checks are also welcomed ~ please make payable to Angel Heart Designs. Be sure to print a copy of the invoice and include with your payment. Item will be shipped upon bank clearance. Checks or money orders must be received within 7 days of purchase.

Returns & exchanges
I do NOT accept refunds on custom orders, only regular orders. I do charge a 20% return restock fee, or a non refund on shipping whichever is more fair. ALL of our shop items are offered "as is" and ALL SALES ARE FINAL, so some are non-refundable.

All custom orders are individually hand crafted and are made when ordered. Some items require a 50% deposit. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery for all custom orders and some out of stock items.
