Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, our shop can't accept returns for: - Custom or personalised items - Wrong shipping address was given and item is lost
Conditions of Return:
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, Buyers are responsible for any loss in value.

You Changed your Mind: No Problem. Let us know it up to 14 days after receipt of the item. Please, contact us before shipping. We recommend sending back the item via tracked services. If you choose to send it untracked, it will be your risk. If your parcel lost in transit, you will have to claim your carrier. We are super helpful but we can not help you in this case.
If you are NOT EU resident and send the item back, mark the Customs Form as ‘Returning Merchandise'. If you do not do that, our shop will not responsible for UK taxes, duties or any charges. These will reduce the money refund you get from us.
If our shop receives the item, we will refund the initial item price and shipping cost. We are not responsible for taxes and duties you paid.
In Case of Faulty Items
If the item is faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us first via Etsy. Our shop may ask for photo evidence before asking for the item to be returned. All costs will be returned excluding taxes and duties. Only Etsy messaging accepted.
Parcel/ Item damaged in Transition:
Unfortunately, it could happen. We are not responsible for damage which occurs during transitions.
If the parcel you receive is damaged, please NOTE the FACT when you sign for it, before opening your parcel and checking the item. Please, inform us ASAP.
