Additional return information
Orders can be cancelled with a full refund if I have not started working on your order; i.e. designing/drawing custom requests, putting your order together, order has been packed but not shipped yet, etc. However, if I have started working on your order, there will be a cancellation fee of $5 USD. This fee is charged due to the time and effort put in making the order and the supplies used. Thank you for understanding!

A quality check is done before an order is shipped and care is put into making the package. It is rare that the product is damaged in transit and I apologize for the inconvenience but I cannot be responsible in replacing your order.
