All products in my shop are ready for shipping and will be sent within 1-3 working days after payment is received. All orders are hand packed by me with care and attention.
All my items will be sent gift wrapped.

I will send to the address of your ETSY ADDRESS.
If your address is not correct or incomplete, I am not responsible and cannot refund for your order due to this.

If you like your item to be send to another address, please send me a separate convo and make sure you get a confirmation.

PO-BOXES/working address
I do not ship standard to a P.O.-BOX/working address
If you like to send your package to a P.O. box /working address, please contact me first.

IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFORMATION:
SMALL items are shipped in a padded envelope or flat box; priority, unregistered (NO TRACKING).
If you like your small item to be shipped with a tracking number, please contact me BEFORE purchasing about the (extra) costs.
LARGE or HEAVY weight items may be sent with tracking.

LOST OR DAMAGED:
I am not responsible for lost or damaged mail item, however I will always try to solve any problems occurring during the ordering & shipping process.
I try to avoid this by providing suitable packaging and offering tracking for your package (contact me before purchasing).

EXPRESS POST
Express delivery is possible, but expensive from the Netherlands.
About € 40-80 for international buyers.

Delays in customs are possible and also can depend on your local postal service.

NOTE for USA/Canada/Australia buyers : sometimes it takes up to 3-6 weeks, due to custom security checks!

RETURNS AND REFUND
I take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of all my products, and my goal is that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.
I do my best to photograph and describe my products accurately.
Feel free to ask me for extra details or pictures before you order.

If for some reason the product does not meet your expectations upon arrival, contact me within 14 days following delivery for return authorization and instructions.

If you like to return or exchange it for an other item, please contact me and I will arrange the return or exchange.

Products must be sent back in unused and undamaged condition with the original packaging. All returns must be made within 5 days of authorization. The item is the responsibility of the buyer until I receive it.

COSTS by returning an item:
Your original postage costs will not be refundable, unless the item you received was sent in error (e.g. seller sent wrong item).
Important for INTERNATIONAL buyers: you have to pay the customs fee the seller has to pay when the package comes back.

I will refund your money, or exchange it for another item, once your package is received in good condition.

SALE ITEMS, SPECIAL OFFERS and CUSTOM ORDERS
These items are not returnable.
