We try to ship the same day or the next, our goal is to get it to you as fast as possible, depending on which method you choose for shipping. Sometimes USPS Priority is the same price as USPS Parcel, so we will change it to Priority. We may decide to use UPS if it is less, and will then refund you the difference.
Buy with confidence! We add insurance to your order for the full amount plus shipping. If there is any damage, a claim will be filed for a refund. (You may need to photograph the damage as proof for the insurance company.)
We always request shipping confirmation of delivery from UPS and USPS. Once we have that information, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. So please track your package so you know when to expect it, and then watch for it.
If an item does not give an international shipping option please contact us. We will add the country and shipping costs before you order.
